Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.

• Once production starts, cancellations are not possible as all jerseys are custom-made.

• To request a cancellation, email us at sales@teamjersey.in  or WhatsApp us at 8015333033 with your order details.

 

Refund Policy:
       Since all jerseys are personalized, we do not offer refunds except in the following cases:

• Defective or damaged products – Report within 48 hours with clear images.

• Incorrect printing (our mistake) – If the jersey has a printing error from our side, we will replace it free of charge.

• No refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please refer to our size chart before ordering.

 

Replacement Process:

• To request a replacement, email us with your order number and clear images of the issue.

• If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost within 7 days.

• We do not accept returns for customized items. Only replacements are provided in case of defects.

Returns Policy:

• Since all jerseys are custom-made, we do not accept returns. Only replacements are provided in case of defects or errors from our side.

 

Note: Minor color variations due to screen differences do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
